Steven Green
 President

Mr. Green holds a BA degree from Montclair State University and has been a licensed New Jersey title insurance officer since 2002. He is currently the Second Vice Chair of the Greater Toms River Commerce of Commerce, a Board Member of the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Ocean County, on the Foundation board of the Community Medical Center as well as a member of the YPN Council. Mr. Green also coaches the Toms River Blackhawks ice hockey team and is a catechist at St Luke’s Parish. In addition to these philanthropic endeavors, he also sits on several committees, including the Ocean Count Board of Realtors Affiliates and the Monmouth Ocean County Board of Realtors Affiliates. Mr. Green began his New Jersey title insurance career servicing lenders and developing effective marketing and sales initiatives. His desire to improve procedures and guidelines and to set a higher standard in the title industry, awakened his entrepreneurial spirit, and so Consumers Choice Title was born! Mr. Green’s personal belief in the values of integrity, dependability and honesty is what he brings to all his business relationships and transactions. He has closed thousands of real estate transactions, involving residential, commercial and industrial properties. From first time home buyers, basic refinancing, complex purchases or reverse mortgages, all clients receive the same quality and experienced service. Because Mr. Green’s experience in the industry is comprehensive and wide-ranging, he holds the respect of the title community. Thus, the majority of referrals to Consumers Choice Title come from past clients, real estate agents, lenders, lawyers, builders and informed consumers.
