A graduate of the Wharton School with degrees in Marketing and Labor Relations, John served in the army as Port Operations Officer in Vietnam. He then worked for Port Authority in the Marine Terminals Department and the Aviation Planning Division where he supervised the construction of Newark Airport. Having served as the New Jersey State Manager for Coor's Brewing Company for over 22 years, John has the marketing experience needed to succeed in the challenging real estate market that exists today.

 John has volunteered as Junior Sailing Program Coordinator at the Bay Head Yacht Club where he has been a lifelong member and is an active sailing competitor and member of the Barnegat Bay Yacht Racing Association. Having also  obtained the Coast Guard Captain's License, John is uniquely qualified to advise buyers and sellers alike about the differences in communities, waterways, harbors and boating facilities at the shore, as well as unique business opportunities and commercial properties.
