Professional Experience & Techniques
Having commenced my career in real estate,I plan to utilize the talents, knowledge and skills which were developed in my former profession as principal of Dr. Ronald E. McNair Academic High School in Jersey City, N.J.. Over the course of my life's work in education I provided educational leadership and insisted all personnel live up to the motto ""Educational Excellence and Nothing Less"". In order to achieve national and state recognition for the high school, I relied upon the skills of planning, organizing and coordination in order to manage and multi-task the necessary activities for success.
I will apply these and newly acquired skills to all real estate transactions. It will be my honor and privilege to serve all clients with professionalism, dignity and worth.
My career in real estate brings me new opportunities to help people. This exciting career has given me new energy and vitality to expend on behalf of my clients.

Personal Background
Over the course of my lifetime I have resided in Jersey City, N.J., Bayonne, N.J., Howell, N.J. and Barnegat, N.J..
I am married and have a son, age 32.
I have become familiar with Barnegat and I love the Active Adult Communities.As a resident of Heritage Point, I have come to understand the worth and value Active Adult Communities provide for residents. I will be pleased to assist new arrivals in this area with their real estate needs.
Community Involvement
I am a Charter Member of the Optimist Club of Barnegat. In my capacity of member,I have assisted in several fund raising activities to support the youth of our community. I am co-chair of the Optimist Scholarship committee. I was also an active participant in Pirates Day.
I am a member of the Covenants Committee at Heritage Point Active Adult Community.
